Thought of the Day

That's an interesting one, we all heard that what you focus on you extract more of, and obviously what you are fighting you obviously focusing on, hence we do all it into us.
The war against cancer and fight being a row of diseases, and the more we fight in the more we get.
Let it be - let go - and leave it to grace!
I've noticed recently, from both clients and friends, how common it is to of fear your own thoughts, simply having bad thoughts that keep hunting you. And it is as easy as relaxing, letting be - and let's go.
Sandy McGregor says; having fun with it put your thoughts on a never ending escalator, or maybe on an unmanned plane to never never land.
Brandon Bays use this technique; let them fly out in the open sky, just imagine a vast, endless open sky, and your thoughts are just passing by and vanish into this vacuum.
So, a conclusion;
Focusing, fight being and attacking something just make you stuck with it, and you get more and more of it.
On the other side; letting be, ignoring may actually make problem go away.
So, why not start today ignoring all your minor problems, after all, would it matter in 100 years time?
And start today; focusing on your blessings, was good about this day, can you walk, talk and see - then you are truly blessed and should be immensely grateful.
