Hi Susse!

Continuing on our discussion yesterday, regarding health, well being and vitamin supplementation.

First of all I would like to congratulate you to your successes, you're doing a great job so keep it up. I know we are helping many people into better health, with the supplement recommendations, with your mass arches, and with positive attitude and consultation.

Congratulations, I'm sure you are going to achieve your goals and successes from your hard work.


I am a firm believer that supplementation is an important part of our lives today, we are exposed to an enormous amount of physical and mental stress. Many of us are accustomed to a diet of over processed dead and nutritionally poor food.

As my friend Samantha Backman puts it; “We are digging our own graves with our knife and fork.”
Meaning, what we eat is killing us, our dietary habits through the 20th century - have proven to be a disaster.

I have taken vitamin supplements since the mid-80s.
I'm alive, energetic, creative, enthusiastic and feel terrific, I am cheerfully and ambitiously are looking forward to my next 50 years. Although I do not have a parallel body for comparison, I certainly contribute a big part of my good health to supplementation. (Especially since my diet and clean living certainly haven't been the best over past years.)

I have for years been joking about being stuck at the age of 25 years. But aside from originating as a joke and partly still is, I really do feel young both in mind and body. Besides, everything in our life is controlled by the subconscious mind, a subconscious mind that can not tell the difference between imagination and reality.

Consequently keep telling your subconscious mind that you are young and healthy - and you will stay young and healthy.


The laboratory testing and that type of scientific proof are not always reliable;
Unfortunately the health industry (or correctly the sickness industry) is run and controlled by trillions of dollars - and among those amounts of the mighty dollar - ethic and truth will put on the back benches.

The company requesting a laboratory test of their products, are doing so expecting a certain result. If the laboratory fails to produce the desired results, a couple things may happen.

The laboratory being a commercial institutions, (yes, universities of very much commercial institution, in that a large proportion of all their funding, thus existence, comes through industrial projects and funding.) may experience a loss of a good client.

The results of the testing will not be published, should it not be supportive news for the product.

If the laboratory produces continuous reverse, or negative, results they simply ran out of customers, contracts - and cease to exist.


Health, ageing and related problem is really very simple.
These are topics made very complicated by the sickness industry, this hype, lies and illusions - have fooled both the general public and authorities. It have therefore rewarded this, the largest and the most powerful industry sector in the world - beyond comparison - with a continuous flow of billions and trillions of tax payers money.

There on many ancients simple truths that can maintain health, youthfulness and vitality in hundred years or more. Almost everyone of this truths has at some stage been attacked by the sickness industry (sometimes in partnership with the churches) and the truths had either been buried, burnt or turned into lies.

Which hunting, is one of many processes used to bury medical truths. And we don't need to look far into the history books to find a book burning processes, the churches continues attempt to promote God as the only healer at the expense of the powers within the human body.

You are God, or you have God within you, consequently all your health, healing and recovery from problems are coming from within. Go tell that to a local pill and drug merchant (doctor) or to your hell, fire and fear preacher (minister) and you will see that they either ridicule you or try to punish you in one way or the other. - Nothing has changed.


Some simple facts;
The grey hair and related aging symptoms is caused by mineral deficiencies, specifically copper but many others as well. (Supplementation my therefore be a good contributor in keeping you young.)

Aging is simply the process of slowing down cell regrowth, cell growth can’t be retained in dehydrated body, and as we are constantly dehydrated we voluntarily accelerate our ageing.

Theoretical solution;
Put a 5 L water tank on your head, let it drip feed into your system on a rates controlled by your pulse - making sure you're emptying the tank each 24 hour period.

Our body is 75% 85% water whereof 50% is replaced every 2 weeks, the rest are sodium, potassium and sulphur minerals that are replaced monthly. This 4 ingredients is who you are – and all you are – well physically anyway.


So supplementation is good, but no one could or should base a complete holistic health approach on supplementation only. Our bodies are designed a bit like a complex river system, thousands or millions of tubes and channels, and the most important thing is to maintain a continuous flow through these channels.

Block up and stagnate any water system and you will have decay, rottening and most living things in the water will soon be dead. Our whole bodies are like rivers and will die if forced into stagnation, hence why we need the “exaggerated” volume.

Large amount of air.
Continuous flow of water.
Excessive amounts of fresh easy digested food
Continuous flow in the digestive system.
Regularly excessive flow of breathing. (exercise)

Have you notice how we close down the flow as we grow older, Eat Less, Drink too little and we doesn’t move – a bit bluntly; this is paving our path to the grave.

Naturally, vitamin supplements, contributes very little to this flow in the River.

 

Health problem number one
 


Holistic health starts in the brain
Whatever happened to us we attract  (see the movie; The Secret)

Whether it is disease an accident or creating fortunes - we create it in the brain and subsequently attract it – “manifest in our physical reality”.

Meditation is an ancient perfect tool for control of this creation process, it was neglected and all forgotten in the western world for thousands of years - but is slowly coming back in awareness and practice.

Your mind is divided into 80% to 90% subconscious mind, and only about 10% conscious creative and responsive mind. The purpose of meditation is to communicate with these 90% subconscious mind – aligning the different parts, and have them working towards your conscious goals and successes – rather than against each other.

Meditation is a 5,000 to 8,000 year old technique, in my opinion shoved at and removed from the western world by the churches - and replaced  by religious prayers.

Meditation and prayers are actually very similar; prayers however focusing on handing the power to an external force IE a God in heaven, the church  or your local priests.

Meditation on the other hand put both power and responsibility in your hands, you are the God , you create your life day by day - so go inside your mind through meditation – in your heaven within, you will find all your problems and all the solutions to these problems.

Get your minds and thinking straight – your body “at ease” and you will find that “dis ease” can’t live in a body “at ease”.

 


Unhealthy problem number two;



Cell memories
So-called Cell Memories, scientifically defined as the DNA’s, is our old programs and patterns, these programs are stored in the subconscious mind, and in each individual cell. The memory can be a physical shock from early childhood or even in the womb, it can be deeply rooted poverty patterns from poor parents - was something inflicted by poorly educated schoolteachers.

These patterns / memories create our habits.

It can be habits of over eating, smoking or drinking, or continuos development of physical diseases. They manifests in the relationships we get into, the accidents, the “luck” or “bad luck” we encounter in life.

Cleaning out these “Cell Memories” have seen cancer and other diseases disappearing out of the body, eyesight and mobility improving, and mental condition disappearing.

 


Unhealthy problem number three


Our eating habits, all the crap we shove into our faces, polluting and causing permanent damage.

Again vitamin supplementation is a very good and helpful thing, but it does do very little to compensate for an over all crappy diet. If you live on over processed meat products, and your vegetable intake is a handful of over processed, and cooked beyond recognition greeneries - then the vitamins gonna do very little to save you.

As my friend Samantha Backman puts it; “We are digging our own graves with our knife and fork.”

Only a well balanced diet of carbohydrates, proteins and fat will save us, and it have to be fresh produce and a high percentage of raw vegetables. Yes this is the bad news - you have to start chewing your food, living on mushed potatoes and minced meat is as safe path to a painful and miserable aging.

On the other hand, keep your diet and 50% to 80% raw or very lightly cooked vegetables, complemented with a good flow of water, and you will join me on the tennis courts when we make it into the century of living.
 

 

Unhealthy problem number four


Maybe we are slipping into solutions, but what I'm looking at here is the buildup of toxic waste in the body. We clean the external body on a daily basis - how often do clean the inside?


Did you know
That plaque and buildup in your intestines - (could be defined as an old rotten cow laying there it in a decomposing state, just to illustrate the severity of the problem) - is damaging the intestine walls and causes leaking of toxic waste into your body and blood stream - when it actually was meant to be excreted out the back door.

This is common knowledge in the industry, but when did your doctor last recommend to you to go home for a 30 day fasting and cleaning of the body?

Connie did a three week fasting and cleansing process late last year, and she has just posted a video here describing a colon cleansing process. In addition we have our weekly cleansing of the body, leaving only on the freshly squeezed juice of carrots, apples, beetroot and lemon - every Monday of the week.

Start planning for two or three extended fasting / cleansing periods per year, and leave off one day per week for the body to rest and cleanse.
 


Unhealthy problem number five


Dehydration and and cell growth………

Our cell growth starts its decline in our 30s, and the downhill accelerates from there. However that accelerated decline is not purely accidental, it is self inflicted through our constant dehydration of the body.

I had a lady once responding; “”Well some wrinkles in the skin, is just part of it and quite cute actually””.
Well, it's not only externally we noticed a slowing cell growth, the effects of the same throughout the body, so how cute is the wrinkles in your heart, your liver and your lungs?

Theoretical solution;
Put a 5 L water tank on your head, let it drip feed into your system on a rates controlled by your pulse - making sure you're emptying the tank each 24 hour period.

That could possibly be close to the ideal hydrated stage.
Feeling thirsty - is the body's way to tell you that you are in a serious state of dehydration, not that it's time to have a drink - but that you should have been drinking one or two hours ago.



But this has to be enough for the session;

So in conclusion;

Unless you are a scientist capable of analysing the exact the traditional values in all you eat, (and I don't mean reading the labels, that's commonly a bloody lie anyway) then take your supplements every day. It may be a small paying for the wallet now - but that is nothing compared to the pain malnutrition we cause you in your latter days.

But even more importantly make sure that the bulk of your food intake is fresh, raw or minimally processed.

Enjoy a long and healthy life.
